That’s why we’ve established a robust Management System that meets all the standards required to protect our planet, uphold and enforce labor laws and human rights, and prevent any unauthorized disclosure of the confidential information you entrust to us.
The Management System applies to all operations and subsequent interactions with our employees, contractors, customers, and neighbors within the defined scope, and therefore we commit to:

We Care About:

We commit to upholding standards based on international human rights, federal and state labor laws, and industry best practices. This ensures our workers’ rights are protected. Our management is dedicated to actively consulting and involving workers from all organizational levels.
We strive to create a work environment that promotes equality and safety by implementing an Open Door Policy. This approach helps us identify and reduce or eliminate health and safety risks, including pollutants and hazardous conditions, ensuring a healthier and more equitable workplace for everyone.
We strictly enforce a ban on using forced child and prison labor for processing hazardous e-waste and other sensitive materials throughout our recycling chain. Ensuring everyone’s rights are respected is a top priority for us.
Continually improving our operations to strengthen the protection of the environment, prevention of injury and health issues; pollution prevention, data security, social accountability, occupational health and safety performance and the management system to enhance environmental and stewardship performance.
Informing our customers of data security issues and ensure proper handling and destruction of any materials in a manner appropriate using current guidelines for media sanitization.
Adhering to all applicable treaties, laws, regulations, conventions and controls regarding the export of Hazardous Electronic Waste and Materials of Concern throughout the recycling chain maintaining full accountability to final disposition as well as restrict the disposal of materials of concern in accordance with all requirements we subscribe to.
We prioritize annual reviews of our processes, hazards, safety controls, and objectives. This ensures our programs stay current and align with our commitments to environmental protection, worker safety, and operational excellence. These reviews help us adjust our strategies and targets to meet high standards and adapt to new challenges or regulations.
We actively communicate our policy to everyone working for or on behalf of our organization to ensure they understand their roles in upholding our standards. This approach helps heighten awareness of the corporate and individual responsibilities necessary to maintain our commitments to safety, sustainability, and ethical practices.
We make this policy available to the public by continuously offering educational opportunities within our organization, to our clients, and throughout our community. This approach ensures everyone is informed and can engage with our standards and commitments.
